Job Introduction

One of our prestigious clients in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced Operations Executives to manage and coordinate logistics for medical transfers, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations between patients, medical teams, airlines, hotels, and ambulance services.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate medical transfer flight bookings and airline liaison.
• Verify and manage critical documentation for medical transfers.
• Arrange hotel and accommodation logistics for patients and medical teams.
• Coordinate with Airport Medical Centre (AMC) and ambulance services (DCAS where applicable).
• Book and manage ambulances and ground transport for transfers.
• Coordinate return tickets and logistics for medical teams.
• Monitor monthly transfer costs and prepare cost reports.
• Provide administrative and office support for transfer operations.
• Conduct direct coordination for medical transfers and hospital assessments.

Job Requirements

• Experience in operations/logistics, preferably within healthcare or medical transfer services.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Availability during off days/on-call for emergency coordination.
• Comfortable with occasional on-site work at airports, hospitals, and hotels.
