Job Introduction

One of our clients in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking an IT & Solutions Managers to oversee corporate IT operations, infrastructure scaling, cybersecurity, and delivery of enterprise IT services across clinical and non-clinical environments.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead enterprise IT architecture for communications, storage, reporting and workflow platforms.
• Manage secure data exchange interfaces and connectivity between company systems and client/customer sites.
• Oversee cloud/hybrid/on-prem deployments and secure connectivity (VPN, MPLS, encrypted channels).
• Plan capacity, scalability, load balancing and redundancy strategies.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and practices aligned with international IT security standards.
• Lead disaster recovery, backup, high-availability setups and business continuity (RTO/RPO).
• Run vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and maintain incident logs and audit trails.
• Drive IT implementations for new services and large client rollouts; own SOPs and technical documentation.
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, procurement and budget for IT projects.
• Monitor system performance, SLAs, uptime and latency; drive performance optimisation.
• Coordinate with clinical teams where applicable to enable integrations, AI tools and advanced workflows.
• Lead IT engineering, NOC, and field technical teams; provide training and performance coaching.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years experience in IT systems, network management and enterprise deployments.
• Strong skills in cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking and vendor management.
• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to lead complex deployments under high-pressure, mission-critical conditions.
