One of our prestigious clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced IT Sales Directors – Digital Transformation to drive business growth across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Saudi technology ecosystem and a proven track record of selling digital transformation, Low-Code/No-Code, BPM, and AI-driven solutions to enterprise and government clients.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive new business opportunities across Government, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Energy sectors.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and business solutions.
• Take ownership of sales targets and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
• Represent the company at major technology, digital transformation, and innovation events across Saudi Arabia.
• Position the organization as a preferred partner for digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.

Job Requirements

• Saudi National preferred, or Arabic-speaking professional with extensive experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 12 years of enterprise sales experience in technology, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong network among CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology decision-makers in government and enterprise sectors.
• Proven success in selling Low-Code / No-Code, BPM, AI-driven, or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align business objectives with technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience working with enterprise software platforms and digital transformation programs.
