Job Introduction

One of our prestigious clients in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, is urgently seeking qualified EHS Officers/Engineers. The role involves overseeing the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of health, safety, and environmental (EHS) policies and practices within the university. Candidates will ensure compliance with internal EHS policies, local laws, and international standards while promoting a strong culture of safety across all departments and operations.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed, including the proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Provide EHS training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of EHS activities, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and collaborate with teams to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in oil & gas or construction.
• Professional certifications: NEBOSH IGC and OSHA 30 HR (General & Construction Industries).
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively, and influence positive safety culture.
